Two intakes, two calendars. Here are the official dates of the Campus France Congo procedure for the 2026-2027 campaign, along with the key steps of your file.
Public intake — September
French universities, schools of architecture, BUT, bachelor's and master's programmes. The Études en France procedure, from 1 October 2026 to 31 May 2027.
Private school intake — April
Private schools and institutions not connected to Campus France. An alternative route for an April intake.

The key steps
Create your file online
On etudesenfrance.diplomatie.gouv.fr — valid passport (or receipt less than 3 months old) and valid email address. CG number issued.
Submit your file
File completed carefully and coherently, submitted within the deadlines. Any false document cancels the procedure for 5 years.
Pay the fees
75,000 FCFA, non-refundable, payable at a BCI branch after submission. Send the receipt with your CG number if not validated within 3 days.
Academic interview
Arrive 15 minutes early with your invitation, original documents and passport. One interview per academic year.
Replies from institutions
Log in regularly to track replies. Wait until every institution has replied.
Final choice
Confirm your choice and print your preliminary enrolment agreement. The file cannot be resubmitted once a choice is made.
VLS-TS visa application
At least 3 months before intake, on france-visas.gouv.fr, then a TLS Contact appointment. Campus France fees = 33,000 FCFA discount.
Prepare your departure
Pre-departure meetings from May 2027. Arrive 15 days before intake to finalise enrolment and formalities.
