Revision July 2026

No-refund policy

Revision July 2026. Fees paid to France Études constitute a firm and final payment.

General principle

All fees paid to France Études (file fees, administrative processing fees, advice, Campus France support, Irrevocable Transfer Certificate / AVI, Housing Certificate / ADL, or visa procedures) constitute a firm and final payment upon validation of the service or signature of the contract.

No refund will be granted, whatever the cause of interruption or withdrawal by the student or client.

Nature of the services

The services provided by France Études fall under a duty of care and immediate administrative processing.

From receipt of payment, the Practice's teams undertake procedures, file analyses, resource bookings or automated and human administrative processing. As performance begins immediately after payment, the client expressly waives any right of withdrawal or refund.

Visa refusal or non-admission

Admission decisions in higher education institutions and visa issuance decisions are the sole and sovereign competence of the schools, consulates and the French state or partner states.

A refusal of visa, a non-admission to an institution or a change in immigration rules does not entitle any refund, in whole or in part, of the fees paid to the Practice.

Withdrawal or client's decision

In case of withdrawal from the procedure, change of personal project, duplicate procedure or non-performance of the client's obligations (late documents, false documents, no reply to reminders), the sums paid remain fully acquired by France Études.

Force majeure

In accordance with the Terms of Sale, no refund or compensation may be claimed in case of force majeure or events beyond the Practice's control: border closures, national strikes, failures of state platforms, wars or pandemics.
